Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
